Comprehensive Exam & Travel Pricing

Because we bring high-quality veterinary care directly to your door, our pricing structure differs slightly from a traditional brick-and-mortar clinic. To ensure complete transparency, our fees are split into two parts: a Travel Fee (per visit) and an Exam Fee (per pet).

Every home visit incurs a flat Travel Fee based on your distance from our home base, plus an Exam Fee for each pet being seen.

📍 Travel Fee (Charged Per Visit)

• Starting at $80 (Customized based on the driving distance from our home base)

🩺 Comprehensive Physical Exam Fee (Charged Per Pet)

• First Pet Exam: $75

• Each Additional Pet Exam: $65

🐾 Additional Services

The fees outlined above cover the travel and physical examination only. Any diagnostic testing, treatments, vaccines, medications, or additional procedures performed during the visit will be discussed with you and billed separately.

🗓️ Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We dedicate a specific travel and medical time slot exclusively to your family. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Cancellations or no-shows within the 24-hour window will incur a $100 fee.
